Total field increased from 10 nT to 25 nT before slowly subsiding to around 5-7 nT by 05/1010 UTC. A sustained southward Bz was observed between 05/0100-0542 UTC and 05/0755-1142 UTC reaching a maximum of -21 nT at 05/0232 UTC. Solar wind speed showed only a brief increase to near 460 km/s before settling to between 340-420 km/s. phi angle was predominantly positive.
