Beginning at approximately 15/0348 UTC total field in the IMF sharply increased to 21-26 nT. The Bz component of the field briefly reach -16 to -17 nT shortly after, but was otherwise mostly northward. During the time of shock arrival solar wind speeds increased from near 420 km/s to ~557 km/s, and density increased to roughly 33 particles per cubic cm. Phi was predominantly positive.
