The Sun

Solar activity reached moderate levels due to an M1 flare at 11/2245 UTC from a region just beyond the NE limb. Regions 3576 (S16W23, Fkc/beta-gamma-delta), 3582 (N06E01, Cao/beta), and 3583 (N09E29, Dso/beta) were responsible for C-class flaring. Slight decay occurred in the trailing spots of Region 3576 whereas Regions 3582 and 3583 showed growth and development. Other activity included an approximate 15 degree filament eruption centered near N28E19 that began at 11/0640 UTC. A possible associated CME was observed off the NE limb at 11/1812 UTC. Further analysis will be conducted as imagery becomes available.

The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is high, making retrograde effects significantly increased!

Solar wind parameters indicated the arrival of a CME, possibly a glancing blow related to the X3.3 flare on 09 Feb. At 11/0121 UTC, an interplanetary shock was observed in solar wind data. Wind speeds increased from approximately 350 km/s to 439 km/s, eventually reaching 634 km/s by 11/1410 UTC. Total field increased from 4 nT to 19 nT initially, while the Bz component indicated a mostly negative trend to a low of -15 nT. A geomagnetic sudden impulse was observed at Earth with a 40 nT deviation (Boulder Magnetometer) at 11/0211 UTC. Total field decreased to under 10 nT by 11/0534 UTC and remained in the 6-8 nT range for the rest of the period.

There is a 35% chance of solar activity, with a 35% chance of a minor event, a 15% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Moon Is In Pisces

Ahoy, celestial explorers! In the expanse of our cosmic ocean, the Moon has found its way into Pisces, it has. Swimming like a space salmon upstream, 359970.637982794km away it is, precisely! No need for panic, my friends, it's not lost, just doing the lunar mambo in the psychedelic Piscean nebula. Now, remember the Moon in Pisces is like Yoda in a tie-dye t-shirt - mysterious, emotionally intuitive, yet cool as a comet. So, expect to feel a surge of creativity and intuition, you will. Maybe even a little more sensitive than usual, hmm? Tears during puppy commercials... not to be ashamed, it is natural. But observe, we must! The Moon is not one to idle in the cosmic tide pool for long. It's packing up its lunar suitcase and zipping off to Aries within the next 24 hours. Yes, hmmm. A fire sign, Aries is. Like a lightsaber, it burns bright and fast. So, brace yourself, young Skywalker, for a shift from dreamy introspection to fiery action real soon! Remember, the force in you, it is strong, irrespective of the Moon's cosmic dance. As Master Yoda would say, "Do. Or do not. There is no try." So go forth, harness these lunar vibes, and may the force be with you, always!

Mercury Is In Aquarius

Well, strap on your space helmets and buckle up, stargazers, because Mercury is chillin' in Aquarius, and things are about to get trippier than a double rainbow on a unicorn's backside. Mercury, the celestial chatterbox, is currently 204948164.349954993km away (not that you needed to know, but hey, science is fun!). Now, don't panic, but Mercury is going prograde. No, this doesn't mean your Wi-Fi will suddenly speed up or that your ex will stop texting you at 2 am. It just means that from our little blue marble, Mercury appears to be moving in the same direction as us. Like a cosmic conga line! Mercury in Aquarius is like Elon Musk at a brainstorming session - very progressive, and maybe a bit weird. Got a plan to turn your cat into an Instagram influencer? Or perhaps a scheme to make socks that also function as microwave popcorn bags? Well, now's the time to embrace those far-out ideas and see where they take you. Aquarius helps us put on our Spock ears and look at life logically, without all the messy emotions getting in the way. So, when your heart's all aflutter because your barista winked at you, remember that maybe they just had something in their eye. Mercury in Aquarius is here to help us see things as they really are, no rose-colored glasses required. But here's the catch: While we're all being super rational and solving algebra problems in our heads for fun, we might forget about this little thing called 'feelings.' You know, those squishy, uncomfortable things that make us cry at cat videos and laugh at dad jokes. Be careful not to neglect your emotional side during this time, folks. Just because you can explain away your feelings with logic doesn't mean you should. So, while Mercury does its thing in Aquarius, remember to stay grounded, keep your heart open, and maybe invest in a pair of socks that don't also function as popcorn bags. It's going to be a wild ride!

Venus Is In Capricorn

Viva la Venus in Capricorn!

Stow away your party hats, folks, because Venus just gatecrashed stern old Capricorn's place. Imagine a cosmic fusion of Cupid and Spock, and you'll get the vibe. It’s like a celestial rom-com where Venus, the goddess of love, is trying to balance her checkbook while wearing a power suit. It's a business casual kind of love, if you will.

If you're hitched, brace yourself for deep, existential conversations with your partner that might start with "Honey, we need to talk about our 401k" and end with you both binge-watching Star Trek till 3 AM. Ah, romance! For those seeking connection, it’s time to swap your flirty texts with some profound LinkedIn requests. Yes, you heard me right, LinkedIn. Venus in Capricorn isn't about fleeting emotions, it's about building a love that can weather the test of time (and tax seasons).

On the fashion front, Venus in Capricorn urges us to suppress our inner Lady Gaga and channel more of a Steve Jobs look - black turtlenecks, anyone? It's also an excellent time to kickstart any artistic endeavors you've been procrastinating on. But remember, no abstract expressionism or spontaneous jazz here; think more along the lines of detailed cross-stitch patterns or coding a new app. The Capricorn energy will make sure you see it through to the end, even if it takes more seasons than Game of Thrones.

Finally, in the world of work, Venus in Capricorn could stir up some serious desk-side introspection. You might find yourself questioning your value at the workplace, contemplating if your boss's emojis are validation enough, or if your career ladder is more of a step-stool. But fear not, this is an optimal time for a power move. Channel your inner Queen's Gambit and strategize your way to the top. With Venus in Capricorn, it's all about owning your worth and taking the reins of your career.

In short, folks, Venus in Capricorn is about as serious as a hobbit at a buffet. It's time to put on your big-kid pants, roll up your sleeves, and get to work. But remember, there's always room for a bit of fun. After all, Venus hasn't forgotten how to party;

Mars in Capricorn: An Intergalactic Drill Sergeant

Alright, star gazers, it's time to put on our nerd glasses and get down to some planetary business because Mars has clocked in at Capricorn and it's taking no prisoners. This isn't some fluffy Venus-in-Pisces moment where we get to daydream about infinite universes and cosmic love affairs. Nope, Mars in Capricorn is the strict teacher who makes you do your homework, the boss who expects you to meet your deadlines, and the drill sergeant who screams, "Drop and give me twenty!" when you're already panting from the last set.

Don’t you dare start whining about how hard it’s going to be, because guess what? Mars and Capricorn are here with their combined strengths of discipline, determination, and tenacity, and they've got their metaphorical hard hats on. They're ready to turn your lofty dreams into tangible realities, but only if you're willing to match their level of grit. Think of this cosmic combo as the ultimate life coach, pushing you to be the best version of yourself. So, pull up those astral bootstraps, because it’s time to get to work!

Now, let's not forget about the potential pitfalls of this Martian-Capricornian alliance. While this duo can help you bulldoze through obstacles and climb the ladder of success, remember they’re not exactly the poster children for sensitivity. They can get a bit, shall we say, tunnel-visioned. So, make sure you're not stepping on anyone's toes (or antennae, for my extraterrestrial friends) on your way up. A little compassion can go a long way in balancing the ruthlessness of this transit.

So, whether you're launching a new project, finishing an old one, or just trying to make it through another Earth rotation without losing your sanity, remember: Mars in Capricorn is here to whip you into shape. And who knows? By the end of this transit, you might just find yourself thanking this intergalactic drill sergeant for making you stronger than you ever thought you could be.

Jupiter In Taurus: The Galactic Bull Ride

Alright space-cowboys, grab your telescopes and prepare for lift-off as Jupiter, the cosmic Mr. Know-it-all, takes residence in the zodiac's most chilled-out sign, Taurus. It's like a wise old sage deciding to vacation in the land of the ultimate couch potato. You're in for a wild cosmic ride... or more likely, a leisurely stroll through the universe.

Jupiter in Taurus is your golden ticket to making dreams come true - but don't expect any fairy godmothers or magical pumpkins. Instead, you've got Jupiter’s 'go-getter' attitude combined with Taurus' 'let's take it slow' mantra. The result? A step-by-step DIY guide to success, served with a side of patience and practicality. It's not about waiting for the stars to align, it's about aligning them yourself!

So, Jupiter's in the house of Taurus, what does that mean for your piggy bank? Well, imagine if Lady Luck decided to have a slumber party with Midas, the dude who could turn anything into gold. Yes, it's time to dust off those financial plans, because the Universe is ready to invest in your success.

But be warned, Taurus is known for enjoying the finer things in life and isn't shy about indulging. So when Jupiter, the planet of expansion, enters the sign of "treat yo' self", you might find yourself seeing your needs as wants, and vice versa. Remember, just because you CAN buy that life-size replica of the TARDIS, doesn't mean you SHOULD. Or should you? No really, you shouldn't... unless you've figured out how to make it actually travel through time. In that case, beam me up, Scotty!

So strap in, folks. It's time for some cosmic wisdom, financial growth, and maybe a little indulgence. Just remember to keep one foot on the ground while your head's in the stars.

Saturn Is In Pisces

Well, strap in, star gazers! It seems the celestial DJ has spun the track to Saturn in Pisces! Now, I know what you're thinking: "Great, the planetary equivalent of a strict principal is now in the dreamy realm of Pisces. What's next? Yoda teaching yoga?" But hey, don't tune out just yet. Saturn in Pisces is like having Spock on your personal vision board committee. Sure, he might not understand why you want a unicorn to be your spirit animal, but he's going to make sure you map out the logical steps to get one. Or, y'know, achieve your real-life dreams like writing that novel or opening that vegan gluten-free donut shop (they're magically delicious!). Imagine it like this: You're Luke Skywalker and your dreams are your mission to become a Jedi. Now, Saturn? He's Yoda. He might be a hard taskmaster, demanding rigorous training and constant concentration, but he's got your best interests at heart. Even when he's lifting your X-wing out of a swamp with his mind powers. Always with the mind powers... But remember, even Luke had to face the Dark Side, and with Saturn in Pisces, you might be challenged to defend your dreams. Keep your lightsaber handy and remember, there’s no need to go full Darth Vader on anyone. Just take a deep breath, say, "The Force is strong with this one," and let Saturn's wisdom guide you. And if you find yourself tossing and turning in your futuristic space bed, blame it on the Piscean influence. The realm of dreams may disrupt your REM cycles, leaving you more restless than Han Solo in carbonite. Counteract this with some good old-fashioned self-care: meditate, take moonlit walks, and maybe invest in some Star Wars themed sleeping aids. So, Saturn in Pisces is like a Star Wars saga: It's got its tough moments, sure, but with courage, determination, and maybe a friendly Wookiee at your side, you'll find your way. May the Force be with you!

Uranus in Taurus: A Cosmic Comedy

Hold on to your socks, folks! Uranus, the cosmic anarchist, has just rolled into the chilled-out pastures of Taurus. It's like inviting a punk rock band to a tea party - things are bound to get interesting! If you thought Taurus was all about lounging on cashmere blankets and indulging in truffle-infused chocolate, well, think again.

Taurus loves its creature comforts, it's the zodiac's poster child for "if it ain't broke, don't fix it." But here comes Uranus, the intergalactic wrench in the works, all about revolution and upheaval. So you see the problem, right? It's like trying to mix oil with water, or Stargate travel with a fear of flying!

Now, Taurus has a bit of a reputation as the Warren Buffet of the zodiac world - it knows its way around a dollar bill. But Uranus, that unpredictable rascal, could turn our financial systems into something resembling a sci-fi movie. Think cryptocurrency replacing piggy banks, or trading stocks becoming as easy as a game of Space Invaders. And if banks start looking like they're from an episode of The Jetsons, don't say I didn't warn you!

On the home front, Uranus in Taurus is like a cosmic Marie Kondo, making us question our attachment to material possessions. It's all about finding joy, people. If that 20-year-old comic book collection isn't sparking joy, it might be time to let it go (just make sure it's not a first edition!).

But remember, Uranus isn't here to cause chaos just for laughs. It's a chance to shake things up, to reevaluate what we value. So let's embrace the change, and see where this cosmic roller coaster takes us. Because as science (and Stargate) has shown us, sometimes the biggest leaps forward are the ones we never saw coming!

Neptune's Pisces Pool Party

Good day, star gazers! Now, I don’t know about you, but when I think of Neptune, I can’t help but picture it with a Mai Tai in one hand and a rubber duckie in the other, lounging in the cosmic pool of Pisces. It’s just how I roll. Or should I say, rotate on my axis? Anyway, as we all know, Neptune is currently 4,596,283,240.396403313km away (give or take a kilometre or two), and is prograding like it's trying to win the Universal Cha Cha Slide Championship.

Now, you might be wondering, "What does Neptune in Pisces mean for me?" Well, it's like the universe has given you a pair of 4D glasses to see through the space-time fog. Suddenly, your pet hamster eating your favourite pair of socks isn't so tragic anymore. The important things, like peace and unity, become as clear as a supernova in a pitch-black cosmos.

This Neptune-Pisces dance-off is not just a show, it's a call-to-action! It's the cosmic equivalent of a motivational poster saying, "You! Yes, You! You have something unique to contribute to the great cosmic tapestry!" It could be a talent, an idea, or even that secret recipe for galaxy-famous chocolate chip cookies. Whatever it is, this is the time to share it!

So, why not sign up for that underwater basket weaving class you've always wanted to try? Or set up a small sanctuary at home for your collection of sci-fi action figures? Neptune in Pisces is all about exploring the spiritual side of things, even if that means worshipping at the altar of Star Trek.

Remember, stargazers, Neptune in Pisces is here to remind us that we're all part of the same cosmic soup. So, let's make sure it's a tasty one!

Pluto Is In Aquarius

Well, butter my biscuits and call me a stargazer! We've got Pluto in Aquarius, folks! That's right, our little celestial underdog - and no, I'm not still bitter about its demotion from planet status - is hanging out with the water bearer. Now, before you start picturing a tiny, icy rock trying to carry a jug of water around the cosmos, let me break down what this actually means. You see, Pluto is like the Marie Kondo of planets. It's all about transformation, and not just the 'let's paint the living room a different color' kind. We're talking about the 'burn it all down and start over because we found mold in the walls' variety. It's the planet of death, but hold your horses, it's also the planet of rebirth. A double agent, if you will. Now, Aquarius, on the other hand, is the Elon Musk of the zodiac - obsessed with progress, innovation, and probably has plans to colonize Mars. So, pair these two together and it's like mixing baking soda and vinegar - expect an explosive reaction! We're talking major shifts in science, technology, and space travel. I mean, we might finally get those hoverboards Back to The Future promised us. But more importantly, we're looking at changes in civil rights and humanitarianism. This combo is all about creating a world where teamwork makes the dream work and people are valued for more than their Instagram followers. On a personal level, Pluto in Aquarius is like that nagging voice in your head telling you to recycle more and stop using single-use plastics. It's urging us to think about the bigger picture, to consider how our actions affect others. It's less 'me, myself and I', more 'we, us and ours'. So, suit up, space cadets! We're in for a wild ride as we navigate this cosmic shift. Just remember to pack your compassion, open-mindedness, and maybe a reusable coffee cup. The stars have spoken!

The Sun

Sun Square Uranus

Surprises may be in store for you today. These surprises may be disruptive and, if so, they are designed to help you grow. Look upon them as challenges and learning experiences. Problems today could come because of your eccentric behavior. Avoid bohemian tendencies and doing things just to be different. People are likely to take offense at your uniqueness. Don't draw unnecessary attention to yourself. Be alert today as impulsiveness may lead to accidents. Resist the urge to overthrow everything just for the sake of something new.The ego is quite large when the Sun is square or opposite Uranus. This is largely due to the fact that these people’s very identities ride on their sense of personal freedom. It can be quite a challenge to get them to do what they don’t want to do, simply because they see any attempts to push them in a certain direction as threatening their freedom. These are very dynamic individuals who question tradition and authority, yet, paradoxically, are quite set in their own ways. These people have a love-hate relationship with their own uniqueness. Much of the time they are very proud of their original personalities. Other times, they feel a bit left out for being “different”. Although they are humanitarian in many ways, they can be a little brusque when it comes to sentimentality or what they perceive to be excessive attachment to the past or to tradition. When the Sun and Uranus form a challenging aspect, there can be a lot of nervous energy and defensiveness. It can be difficult to hold a 9 to 5 job or to develop steady routines. They work best when they can manage their own schedules. They work in spurts. When they are hit with creative inspiration, they are capable of tremendous effort. However, they can be quite temperamental, and it is very hard for them to pour their hearts and souls into something that they don’t “feel” for at the moment. They don’t like superficiality or pretense, which is an admirable trait. However, their disdain for pretense can be problematic in a world where people are expected to perform whether they are inspired or not! I have a daughter who has the Sun in challenging aspect to Uranus, and there was quite an adjustment period when she entered first grade–a time when kids begin to truly experience structure. When the children in her gym class were told to dance, she simply stood there, immobile. When asked why she was not dancing, she replied, “But I don’t feel the dance inside of me, so how can I dance?” Sun-Uranus people don’t always feel like they “fit in” with the rules and structures of society. However, those that recognize the need to conform at least some of the time may be able to channel their high levels of intuition, inventiveness, and spiritedness into creative endeavors or important causes. They might find that they encounter much less resistance in day-to-day life this way. Some Famous People with Sun in Hard Aspect to Uranus: Squares – Alan Alda, Billy Crystal, Stephen King, O. Your judgment may not be perfect today. You may tend to exaggerate and promise more than you can deliver. You may likely bite off more than you can chew. Mental arrogance is possible. Be tolerant of others' viewpoints. Be careful with contracts and other legal issues. You may appear closed-minded, smug or self-righteous to others. You love to express your ideas, sharing them with others quite readily. Jumping to conclusions can be a problem in your life. You often overlook details, preferring to discover the “big picture” quickly. Your thinking and studying habits are not always orderly or disciplined, and this can of course result in sloppiness. Especially with the opposition, you might vacillate between logical, precise thinking and an optimistic conclusion-drawing bent of mind, and in the process, it can be challenging for you to truly get to the heart of a subject or to focus for very long. You may confuse others with a critical flaw-finding conversation one moment, and an overly faithful and unrealistic opinion the next. While your intentions are generally good, you might overestimate what you are capable of, and promise more than you can deliver. Be careful not to develop a reputation for being unreliable, simply because you desire to make others happy with what you say or promise. You are inclined to exaggerate, often without meaning to, and you might have a hard time putting your ideas into practice. In an attempt to attach greater meaning to your thoughts and ideas, you might frequently overstate or overestimate. You can be extraordinarily funny and interesting. You possess an acute but disorderly mind; you can come to rapid conclusions without knowing all the facts. You must learn to be more disciplined, to concentrate more on details and to be more persistent with your projects. You are very generous and optimistic though your optimism can sometimes distance you from reality. — sample from the Adult report. Some Famous People with the Mercury in Hard Aspect to Jupiter: Squares – Arnold Bennett, Annie Bessant, Barry Bonds, Frank Capra, Julia Child, Jimmy Connors, Miles Davis, Dave Davies, Aretha Franklin, Madeline Kahn, Ted Kennedy Jr., Mata Hari, Bill Moyers, Ginger Rogers, Rod Stewart, John Travolta; Oppositions – Karen Allen, Chet Atkins, Dick Clark, Winston S. You may be tempted to bully people into doing your will. The spirit of competition is strong, but try to be cooperative instead. Much can be accomplished if you will use your energies and your indomitable will together, in harmony. Do not try to control people or events. Concentrate on doing your best and things will work out the way they are supposed to. People who are coerced to do your will, will at some time try to even up the score. It's not worth it. Avoid power struggles and be aware that someone might try to control you. If so, all you have to do is stand up for your rights.Your ability to commit yourself to a task or goal is tremendous. When inspired, you are able to draw upon great stores of strength and determination. You can be so single-minded and focused that you readily lose yourself in a particular task, possibly to the point of obsession! You can be very skilled at investigation and research. Quite automatically, you are interested in what motivates and drives others, which can make you a natural psychologist. You might find that you constantly challenge yourself to take on more and to do more. You might watch this tendency if it seems to take over your life, as you may never feel satisfied with your accomplishments. Your stamina and endurance tend to be stronger than most. You don’t take kindly to others’ attempts to bully or push you, and you can be extremely stubborn when pushed. You are always especially aware of, and sensitive to, others’ use of power and authority. Resentment can be a problem and letting things go can be very challenging. Your gut reactions are rather intense and emotional in quality. As you mature, you are likely to learn that detaching yourself a little helps you to be more objective and constructive. You might have some fear of your own anger, assertiveness, power, and drive, particularly early in life if your intense nature has been misunderstood. You are not always forthcoming about your intentions and plans, and you typically strategize well in pursuit of a goal rather than go after what you want loudly and directly. While this means you can out-maneuver practically anyone, and although your determination is admirable, you might watch for a somewhat paranoid tendency to keep your plans to yourself if this stems from fear that your intentions will be misunderstood. Whether or not you choose to take advantage of others is entirely up to you. There is an “all or nothing” quality to your nature. You put your heart into whatever it is you are doing, and although breaking ties or ending things can be challenging, once you’ve done it, there’s no going back. You possess a fascinating, alluring, and even commanding aura. Notes about Transits

Mars is all about action, and where Mars is in our chart with transits is a place where we are prepared to stand our ground. Mars transits can be really productive, but they can also be angsty, aggressive, and sometimes come from a place of anger. It's important to pay attention to how you direct that energy. Mars transits can last for up to a couple weeks.
Jupiter transits enhance your life with optimism and forward-thinking, and lasting for about a month, give you plenty of time to take advantage. Bigger and better is Jupiter's way of thinking, and should be yours as well.
Saturn transits, on the other hand, are where we get a major reality check, and if we’re not ready for them, they can be pretty rotten. Of course, if we’re prepared and up to the task, Saturn transits can also bring very well-deserved rewards, too. Saturn transits last a bit longer than Jupiter transits—usually 2 months or so at a time, but with retrograde cycles, you could be looking at the same lessons three times over a 6 month period.
The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto last for such a long time that they make long-lasting impacts on our lives. In fact, Neptune and Pluto can last for two to three years! Consider their effects, plan accordingly, and make them part of your life for the better.
