Solar activity was at low levels with no M-class or greater flares observed at GOES-16. AR3590 (N18W31, Fkc/beta-gamma-delta) remained a very large spot group, but was notably less active today. The other six regions were stable, or in decay, and inactive. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in available coronagraph imagery.

The solar kp index is active, reinforcing retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.

The IMF trended towards background levels after Bt peaked around 11 nT early in the day due to weak HSS and transient influences. Bz was mostly southward for the first half of the day, reaching -10 nT briefly. However, winds were generally light by high speed stream standards, averaging just under 400 km/s. The phi angle was predominately negative, but became variable late in the day.

There is a 15% chance of solar activity, with a 1% chance of a minor event, a 1% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

The waning moon is currently in Libra, at 07 degrees, 47' 48", at a velocity of 11.82 degrees per day.

The Waning Gibbous moon is currently 17.2 days old. It is 404008.65 km from the centre of the Earth.

The next new moon is at 9:02:45, 10 Mar, 2024. The next full moon is at 7:01:37, 25 Mar, 2024.

Moon Is In Libra

Greetings, cosmic voyagers! I hope you're as ready as I am to navigate the celestial highways and byways of our universe. Today, the Moon has decided to take a joyride through Libra, and I'm here to decode what that means for you. First of all, let's get one thing clear, the moon is not just "in" Libra. It's not like it's popped over for a cup of tea and a chit-chat about interstellar politics. No, it's presently 405,410.189453514km away, which, in universal terms, is roughly equivalent to a hop, skip, and a jump... if you're a light particle dashing around at 299,792 kilometers per second. Now, when the Moon meanders into Libra, it's a bit like when your meticulous roommate finally loses it and starts rearranging the furniture at 2 AM. The universe might seem out of whack, but it's really just trying to find balance. Like a cosmic Marie Kondo, it's asking, "Does this star spark joy?" You may feel a surge of desire for harmony and peace today. You'll want to smooth over conflicts, and you might even find yourself saying "sorry" to inanimate objects you bump into. Don't worry; it's not you going bonkers, it's just the Moon playing interior decorator with your feelings. But remember, dear stargazers, in the grand cosmos of existence, we're all just tiny specks on a blue dot, trying to make sense of the universe. And right now, the universe is saying, "Relax, breathe, and seek balance." So, put on your favorite tie-dye shirt, whip up that kale smoothie, and embrace the cosmic equilibrium. And please, whatever you do, don't panic when you see the toaster in the bathroom. It's just the Moon in Libra effect. Until our next interstellar journey, keep your eyes on the sky and your heart in the cosmos!

Mercury Takes a Galactic Swim in Pisces

Okay, star gazers, hitch up your lightsabers and fasten your seatbelts because our quick-witted friend Mercury has taken a dive into the mystical sea of Pisces. That's right, Mercury, the planet known for its sharp wit and intellect, is now setting up camp in the realm of dreams, intuition, and all things whimsical. Imagine Darth Vader swapping his dark helmet for a unicorn floaty and you're halfway there.

Now, I know what you're thinking — Mercury in Pisces sounds like trying to teach a Wookiee quantum physics. But bear with me, because this cosmic combo can actually work wonders for your creative juices. Just like Luke Skywalker finding the force in the unlikeliest of places (a swamp, really?), we'll find our brains buzzing with fresh ideas and perspectives that seem to have come out of nowhere.

Pisces, the dreamy, slightly hippie-ish sign, thrives in magic, fantasy, and idealism. It’s like Yoda took a vacation in Neverland. While Mercury is here, our minds are more open, and we can find solutions in places we've never even considered before. It's like suddenly realising you can use the Force to pick up the TV remote when you're too lazy to move. Pure genius!

Mercury in Pisces is like a lightsaber illuminating the furthest reaches of our minds, sparking creative inspirations, and different ways of thinking. So, embrace this time, my friends. Strap on your Jedi mind helmets, and let's take this trip to hyperspace. Who knows, you might just come up with the next theory of relativity... or at least a killer sci-fi novel plot.

And remember, the Force is strong with this transit.

Venus in Aquarius: The Nerd Love Chronicles

Alright stargazers, put on your nerdiest spectacles and your most outlandish tie-dye t-shirt because Venus has just rocketed into Aquarius, a whopping 223098942.853585482km away, and things are about to get intellectually weird. It's like the "Friend Zone" has suddenly turned into a "Potential Spouse Zone". Your buddy from the chess club? Suddenly oozing charisma. That acquaintance you always bump into at the annual Sci-fi convention? Suddenly as alluring as a newly discovered exoplanet.

Aquarius, the zodiac's resident brainiac, isn't too fussed about those pesky things called emotions. Instead, it's all about intellectual rapport and shared ideals. If you thought romance was all about candlelit dinners and moonlit walks, think again. This is more about stimulating debates, shared playlists, and maybe even a joint protest march or two. It's a bit like dating Spock from Star Trek: logical, calm, and with a surprising interest in Vulcan harp music.

If you're already twinned up, this celestial shift might feel like your relationship was zapped by a de-intensifying ray gun from an old episode of Star Trek. Fear not, it's just Venus encouraging you to remember why you liked each other in the first place. So, revisit those shared passions, whether it's campaigning for climate change, bird watching, or competitive Scrabble. Remember, a couple who nerds out together, stays together.

For the singles out there, it's time to embrace your inner Sheldon Cooper. You'll be attracted to people who aren't afraid to let their geek flag fly. Social gatherings are hotspots for meeting potential love interests. So, if you’ve been avoiding the book club or the local astronomy society, now is the time to dive in. And don't be surprised if you find yourself drawn to someone as quirky as you are.

The influence of Venus in Aquarius also extends to our aesthetic preferences. It's all about embracing the unusual, the modern, and maybe even the slightly futuristic. So go ahead, try that funky outfit you've been too shy to wear, or invest in that high-tech gadget you've been eyeing. Who knows, it could be the icebreaker you need to strike up a conversation with your future partner!

In short

Mars

Mars is in Aquarius

Mars is prograde at 10 Aqu 47' 59", moving at 0.77 degrees per day, and is 332153948km away and approaching.

Mars Is In Aquarius

Alright, Star Wars fans and astrology buffs, grab your lightsabers and don your Jedi robes, because the Force is strong with this one! Our fiery friend, Mars, has boldly ventured into the realm of Aquarius, a territory known for its intellectual prowess and innovative ideas. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope." But fear not, young Padawans, because just like a Tatooine sunset, this planetary shift is more beautiful than it is terrifying. Let's think of Mars as a bit like Chewbacca. It's big, it's bold, and it doesn't always play nice. But when it teams up with the right partner – in this case, the cerebral Aquarius – it can do some serious good. Together, they're like Han Solo and Princess Leia – a dynamic duo ready to take on the galaxy. With Mars in Aquarius, it's time to forget about the Death Star of tradition and embrace the Millennium Falcon of innovation. This isn't about fighting the Sith with lightsabers; it's about outsmarting them with your wit, cunning, and creativity. Does that mean we're all destined to become freedom fighters, leading the charge against galactic injustice? Well, not exactly. But just like Leia Organa herself, we might find ourselves standing up for what we believe in, championing new ideas, and pushing back against the status quo. And remember, it's not just about rebelling for rebellion's sake. It's about channeling your inner Yoda and using the Force to bring about meaningful change. This is your chance to see not just the dark side of the moon, but also the light at the end of the wormhole. So, use this time wisely, and may the Force be with you!

Jupiter

Jupiter Is In Taurus

Well, well, well, it seems Jupiter has decided to take a scenic detour through Taurus, and let me tell you, it's causing quite a cosmic commotion! Imagine Jupiter as the ultimate party guest, bringing wisdom and philosophy into every conversation. Now, imagine Taurus as your super chill friend who always has a comfy sofa, a warm blanket, and a fridge full of snacks. They're the one who loves a good Netflix binge and will happily spend the weekend in pajamas if given the opportunity. When these two get together, it's like the universe is saying, "Hey, buddy, slow down. The answers you're looking for aren't out there—they're right here in your heart... and also probably in that tub of ice cream you've been eyeing." Now, I'm not saying this is an excuse to grab a spoon and start digging, but the universe might be suggesting that it's okay to indulge a little. Jupiter in Taurus is like a cosmic bellboy carrying your dreams right up to your door. So, why not seize this opportunity? Make that to-do list, but make sure it's sprinkled with a bit of fun and self-care. Remember, Jupiter is the Santa Claus of planets—it's all about abundance and prosperity. And Taurus, being the zodiac's resident lover of luxury, isn't going to say no to a little extra dough. So, while you're making your way through that pint of cookie dough ice cream, why not take a peek at your bank account or investment portfolio? This might be the perfect time to take a calculated risk and make it rain! But do remember, my celestial cherubs, that Taurus can sometimes be a bit like that friend who insists on one more round of tequila shots—you know, the one who doesn't know when to say when. So, while you're enjoying your newfound enthusiasm for life, remember not to overdo it. So, get out there (or stay in, Taurus would totally approve), follow your bliss, and remember: sometimes the wisest path isn't a direct sprint, but a leisurely stroll with a tub of ice cream in hand. Cheers to that!

Saturn

Saturn is in Pisces

Saturn Is In Pisces

Alright, folks! Grab your telescopes, your dream journals, and your favorite branded coffee because our big boss Saturn has taken a dip into the starry sea of Pisces. Now, I know what you're thinking: "Oh great, another celestial event to stress about." But don't toss your crystals just yet! This is an opportunity, not a cosmic catastrophe. Saturn in Pisces is like your stern but well-meaning dad deciding to crash your daydream party. Yes, it might feel like a bummer at first. He's going to ask annoying questions about your dreams, like, “Have you thought about how you're going to monetize that unicorn farm?” or “What's the business plan for your world-saving, eco-friendly, zero-gravity coffee shop?” But remember, Saturn, like dear old dad, is here to help us make our dreams a reality. So, dust off that notepad you bought from a stationery shop with a cute cat on the cover, because it's time to put your dreams to paper. Or, if you're more digitally inclined, open up that note-taking app you downloaded but never used. It's time to plan out your dreams, budget them, and even look into loan options if necessary. Now, I'm not saying this is going to be as easy as reheating yesterday's pizza. Saturn in Pisces doesn't sugarcoat. It's more like a cosmic espresso – strong, intense, and may keep you awake at night. You might find yourself restless, anxious, or even having trouble sleeping. But hey, who needs sleep when you've got a universe of dreams to explore, right? Okay, so maybe we do need sleep. That's where cultivating inner calm comes in. Meditate, go for a walk in nature (while maintaining social distance, of course), take deep breaths, and maybe even try napping – but not without your dream journal handy! And if you're finding it hard to switch off, try turning in early. Remember, there's no shame in wearing your Star Wars pajamas and hitting the hay at 8 p.m. So, come on, folks! Let's embrace Saturn in Pisces with open arms, open minds, and well...open note-taking apps. This is our time to turn our dreams into reality, and I believe in us! So let's do this. Cosmos, here we come!

Uranus

Uranus is in Taurus

Uranus Is In Taurus

EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE! Oh, wait a minute... Wrong script. Now, where were we? Ah yes, the celestial rollercoaster ride with Uranus in Taurus. The bull isn't too keen on change, more of a 'stay in bed and smell the roses' type. But guess what? Uranus doesn't care about your weekend plans, Taurus. It's all about shaking things up, like a universal snow globe. And you, my dear Taurus, are in the middle of this cosmic disco. You know how you love your money, right? Well, Uranus might just turn your financial world upside down. Imagine going to your local bank and being greeted by a robot teller or a flying drone delivering your cash. Sounds like science fiction, but with Uranus in the house, who knows? Expect some major plot twists in the money saga over the next seven years. We're talking digital currencies, banking reinventions, and maybe a stock market that behaves like a hyperactive slot machine. Even your precious piggy bank might get a high-tech makeover! On the home front, Uranus is about to play 'Monopoly' with your life. The rules of the game? Get rid of anything that holds you back. Overbearing mortgage? Zap it! Skyrocketing rent? Beam it up, Scotty! Crippling debt? Send it into a black hole! This is the time to redefine your relationship with money and material possessions. It's like spring cleaning, but for your financial life. The changes might seem as comfortable as sitting on a cactus, but believe me, they're necessary. Resisting won't do you any good. It's like trying to stop a supernova with a water pistol. Embrace the chaos, Taurus. Uranus is here to set you free, not to ruin your life. Once the dust settles, you might just find yourself in a much better place. Now, isn't that worth a little cosmic turbulence?

Neptune

Neptune is in Pisces

Neptune is prograde at 26 Pis 38' 26", moving at 0.04 degrees per day, and is 4613514549km away and receding.

Neptune Is In Pisces

Hey, cosmic buddies! Buckle up, we're taking a trip to the farthest reaches of our solar system where Neptune is currently doing the Piscean tango. Now, I know what you're thinking, "That's 4.6 billion kilometers away, how can that possibly affect me?" Well, my dear earthlings, let's remember that in the grand cosmic jukebox, we're all connected. So, grab your telescopic lenses and let's dive into this celestial soup. Now, Neptune in Pisces is like Morpheus offering you the red pill in The Matrix, except, instead of waking up from a computer simulation, you're being invited to embrace a higher emotional and spiritual awakening. And instead of Keanu Reeves, you have a planet 17 times the size of Earth nudging you towards unity - no biggie, right? So, as we navigate this celestial setup, it's like using super-powered binoculars made of love and unity. It's like all those petty squabbles are just specks of space dust on your shiny new cosmic perspective. Got an annoying coworker? Poof! They're just another human trying to find their way in the Universe. Traffic jam? Psh, it's just a chance to sit back and marvel at the wonder of human ingenuity (and occasionally, lack thereof). This transit is like your personal invitation from Neptune itself to consider what you bring to the universal potluck. Maybe it's your killer guacamole recipe, or perhaps it's the way you can make anyone laugh - whatever it is, it's time to share it with the world. And hey, if you're feeling particularly adventurous, why not dabble in a spiritual path that's intrigued you? Maybe it's time to turn that coffee table into an altar, or finally learn what those tarot cards mean. Just remember, Neptune is like your celestial cheerleader in this process, so don't be shy to explore. So, folks, as Neptune continues its prograde dance in Pisces, let's remember to embrace our inner Neo, and see the world not as it is, but as it could be - full of love, unity, and a dash of cosmic humor. And always remember, in the words of The Matrix, "There is no spoon." Or in our case, there's no limit to our spiritual evolution. Happy stargazing!

Pluto

Pluto is in Aquarius

Pluto is prograde at 01 Aqu 08' 34", moving at 0.03 degrees per day, and is 5347544381km away and approaching.

Pluto Is In Aquarius

Hold onto your horoscope hats, all you celestial enthusiasts! Pluto, our favorite ex-planet (you're still a planet in our hearts), has just waltzed into the sign of Aquarius. Now, this may not sound like breaking news, but let me tell you, this is like the Big Bang of astrological events. Now, for those of you who haven't been keeping up with cosmic current affairs, Pluto is the planet...well, dwarf planet...of transformation. It's like the ultimate Marie Kondo of the universe, helping us declutter our lives by shedding old identities and releasing perspectives that no longer spark joy. Aquarius, on the other hand, is progressive. It’s like that hipster friend of yours who always seems to have the latest tech gadget and is campaigning for equal rights for alien life forms. You know, the one who was into kale before it was cool. So, what happens when we throw these two together? Well, it's like combining a disco ball with a science lab. Not only can we expect changes in areas like science, technology, and interstellar travel (start saving for that moon vacation now), but also some serious shifts in civil rights and humanitarianism. Don't be surprised if the world leaders start holding peace talks at Burning Man or if your smartphone develops the ability to empathize with your existential crises. And remember, during this cosmic combo, the most powerful people will be those who work together and value the lives, feelings, and experiences of others. Yes, even that annoying coworker who eats your lunch from the fridge. In our personal lives, Pluto in Aquarius is like that nagging voice inside your head telling you to be the change you want to see in the world. It's urging us to transform how we see ourselves and our role in this crazy cosmic dance. So next time you're tempted to put yourself first, try thinking about what's best for others and the future. So folks, will we answer the call? Or will we let it go to voicemail? Remember, Pluto might be billions of kilometers away and downgraded to a dwarf planet, but it can still pack a cosmic punch!

This aspect also suggests the possibility of working with and helping older persons. Often this position indicates help received from others. The Sun

Sun Conjunct Saturn

This transit is drawing your attention to living up to your responsibilities and doing your duty. You may feel limited and constrained today, but do not let that feeling keep you from living up to your obligations. Take care of business, then you will be truly free to do as you wish. Your energy level may be low, but do not use this as an excuse for not doing your best. Do not put limits and burdens on others. Guard against depression. You can accomplish quite a lot if you stay focused.

Mercury

Mercury Conjunct Saturn

Your thinking today is likely to be focused, organized, deliberate, and perhaps profound. Along with this there may be a touch of depression. Try to lighten up a little and see that the world is not quite as bad as you can imagine. Focus on positive mental thoughts.Saturn connected to a personal planet in hard aspect has a censoring effect on the planet involved. With Mercury in hard aspect to Saturn, whatever the person says and writes is self-censored to some degree. It’s hard for these people to pour out their emotions, no matter how emotional or needy they feel on the inside. This is because they are always aware of what others might think of them with what they say. They are not necessarily deliberate talkers or thinkers. In other words, they don’t always pick and choose their words carefully or speak slowly. However, they are careful with what they reveal to others. They make plenty of disclaimers, and often come across as negative or sarcastic without intending to. These are people who review conversations they’ve had with others, and who often kick themselves for saying something they didn’t intend to, or for not saying something witty. Saturn tends to have a hobbling effect, and when it’s attached to the planet of communication in hard aspect, there can be some feelings of insecurity about how we speak and communicate in general. These people tend to worry about what they’ve said and how they could have said it better. Some older astrology texts suggest that there can be learning disorders or “slowness” with this aspect, but this is rarely the case. In fact, many people with this aspect are very strong academically. The flow of their communication is blocked in some manner, however, and this is due to an automatic “self-censoring” tendency. Self-consciousness and hypersensitivity is experienced with regards to their intelligence and ability to get ideas across to others, especially in youth. These people need plenty of positive feedback from others in order to feel more confident and less “blocked”.If you have this aspect in your chart, recognize that you are most likely harder on yourself about how you communicate than others are. Ask people close to you for an objective point of view. Chances are, they find you to be astute, intelligent, and an effective speaker or writer. We often tell our kids “don’t worry about what others think”, but telling this to a person with a hard Saturn aspects is not enough, nor is it realistic. They will worry. Instead, I have found that the best way to handle difficult Saturn aspects is to get objective feedback from others! Mercury-Saturn people don’t accept compliments whole-heartedly, yet they crave them and need them. Others around them tend to stop complimenting them, feeling that they either don’t need compliments or don’t want to hear them. Nothing can be further than the truth!Alternate interpretation: Mercury/Saturn aspects indicate intellectual discipline, a serious outlook, good powers of concentration, and a knack for logical reasoning. You don’t take things for granted, and you generally need empirical evidence to overcome your native skepticism. Not content with superficial understanding, you prefer to study subjects in depth. Some with this aspect prefer to work alone or in a quiet setting. Mathematical ability and a knack for working with figures are often present. Your work habits are careful, tenacious, methodical, and industrious. You are probably quite organized, hard working, and proficient at dealing with rules, regulations, fine points, and details. Writers with this aspect are typically masters of grammar and style. There is frequently great ambition, self-control, and a willingness to labor hard and long to achieve your goals. Others view you as honest, prudent, diligent, and cautious. This aspect is common in the charts of teachers, military leaders, and politicians. If this conjunction forms stressful aspects with other planets, it can indicate lack of self-confidence, unwillingness to admit mistakes, and a proneness to depression. Children may have problems learning and difficulties in school. You may suffer hardships in your life that lead you to become cunning, bitter, cynical, callous, narrow-minded, or hard-hearted toward others. Shyness or social awkwardness is often present, and the tension associated with the aspect commonly manifests as acid indigestion. — Interpretation from our Career report. Some Famous People with Mercury conjunct Saturn: Bo Derek, Robert Duvall, Bob Geldof, Boris Yeltsin, Anais Nin.

Venus

Venus Conjunct Mars

There is a desire for love, beauty, relationships, and things that feel good. Desire is strong today and this includes the desire for the opposite sex. Be considerate of others today as you may express yourself too strongly. Use your creative energies and get involved with the arts, music or the theater. How about making a special meal for your significant other? Watch your spending today as you may feel tempted to overindulge and be too extravagant. Curb your potential for eating too much rich, sweet, or spicy food. Moderation is the key. Be refined and charming around women. Do not get involved in petty gossip or in competition with the women you know. Have fun at a social gathering, but remember, don't come on too strong or let your opinion of yourself swell so as to become overbearing and obnoxious. For people with a Venus-Mars conjunction in their natal charts, the blending of the feminine and masculine energies within is a natural process, although other aspects to the conjunction will tell the whole story as to how this is done. These people possess personal magnetism in spades. They live and breathe romantic/sexual relationships. It is generally easy for them to form relationships, unless the conjunction is severely afflicted. They ooze sexuality, and they are generally quite impulsive with regards to entering new relationships. Relationships are not only important to them, they require a fair amount of excitement, adventure, and passion in their pairings in order to feel alive and vital. With this conjunction, there is generally a pleasing blend of self-assertion and cooperation. This comprises some of their charm, in that they generally know how to assert themselves without stepping on others’ toes. In some cases, men with this aspect may be too dominating in romantic situations, and might gain a reputation for being “macho”. This is not always the case, however. For the most part, these people are quite direct about what they want in a relationship, and they are quite passionate when it comes to going about getting what they want. It can be a challenge maintaining perspective when it comes to relationships. These people are generally highly creative and are bent on finding outlets for their creativity. Their vitality and warm energy is something that can be felt by others, as if it lies just below the surface. Some Famous People with Venus conjunct Mars: Barry Bonds (in Gemini), Carmen Electra (in Gemini), Bette Davis, James Caan (in Taurus, also conjunct Uranus), Sally Field, Eva Gabor (in Pisces), Merv Griffin (in Leo), Kris Kristofferson (in Gemini), Bruce Lee (in Scorpio), Courtney Love (in Gemini), Peter O’Toole, Al Pacino (in Gemini), Stefanie Powers (in Scorpio), Sting, Uma Thurman (in Gemini), Vincent Van Gogh (in Pisces), Harry Hamlin (in Virgo), Sandra Bullock (in Gemini, conjunct the Ascendant).

You will probably overindulge yourself today, with regrets later. This is true both with eating and spending. A distinct laziness may overcome you and you will want to be pampered. Self-discipline is needed in order to avoid trouble now or later. Others may think you are too spoiled. Don't procrastinate. These people are big-hearted and warm, with open hearts and a tendency to want to give a lot to the people they love. They can have some problems with following through on their promises, however–not because of any ill intent, but because they sometimes overestimate their personal capabilities, and want to do more, and give more, than is actually possible. At distinct times in their lives, they have a tendency to live beyond their means. They need to be cautious about the tendency to feel overly-optimistic or overly protected. Borrowing from their future and overdoing their indulgence in pleasures is a marked tendency. While people with the conjunction, sextile, or trine between Venus and Jupiter express their bigheartedness, tolerance, generosity, and magnanimity in a generally constant and natural manner, these same expressions for those people with the square, opposition, and quincunx between these planets tend to be problematic at times. Their need for growth, good humor, and fun in their relationships is marked, as is their disdain for insincerity. However, they may attract just those kinds of people simply because they are looking so hard for these traits that they assign them onto undeserving people!Moderation is the most important, and perhaps challenging, lesson in these people’s lives.Interpretation sample from the Your Spiritual Path report — Your sense of form and harmony extend into the important relationships of your life. Mars

Mars Square Jupiter

Today is not the day to gamble or to take chances. You may be feeling over-optimistic and that optimism is not warranted today. You may be inclined to promise more than you can deliver. Pull in your reins a little and don't expect too much. Stay in control of yourself and remember "a man's got to know his limitations." Work off extra energy safely through physical exercise. Put off business deals until this aspect is over. Then, review your plans to make sure every thing is on the up and up. Don't be rash as this could lead to accidents. Take your time and be patient. Control your impulsive spending. This aspect brings great impulsiveness, insatiable desires, playfulness, and daring. You might be frequently trying to prove yourself, to others and/or yourself, and thus readily take on a challenge. You desire exciting experiences and may rarely be satisfied with your life as it is. You require much space and freedom, and you demand to be treated with fairness. You need to be careful that your behavior is deserving of these liberties, and that you treat others with the same respect. Many people with this position tend to flee when angry. This is not because they are afraid of confrontation, because they certainly are not, but when they are frustrated, a deep inner restlessness is stirred. Some people with this position can be quite self-serving, often without even realizing it, demanding freedom and space from others but not necessarily returning the favor.Another negative expression of Mars square Jupiter and Mars opposition Jupiter is a haughty or boastful attitude–some with this aspect in their birth charts feel they can get away with practically anything. Often they can, and even when they don’t, they are quick to recover from losses. However, this is generally due to a tendency to turn a blind eye to what has happened. Here again is the tendency to flee rather than reflect. They are quick to forget or ignore their mistakes, thus the chances of repeating them run high!Your impulsiveness combined with a competitive streak can incline you to gambling, not just with money. Your sex drive is considerable, and some with this position never feel they have enough, or enough experiences, which can lead to sexual promiscuity for some. When you don’t learn from your mistakes, you repeat them. You are attracted to adventure, exploration, and conquest. Similarly, people with Mars in hard aspect to Jupiter would benefit from slowing down and reflecting on their experiences so that they avoid living life feeling they have never had enough. This can also help to avoid this position’s tendency to be accident-prone. Males with this position might be difficult to domesticate! There can be exaggerated “masculine” traits, including an insatiable need to “hunt”.You are very resilient, bouncing back from any setback quickly and usually in a stronger position. The child will definitely need an outlet for abundant physical energy. Where better than through some sort of physical sport? The natural competitive nature will be more easily accepted in this sort of atmosphere too. This child will be very restless and need a lot of freedom. These kids will not like anyone holding them back or placing restrictions upon them. The outdoors will appeal to this sense of freedom. These kids may be rather clumsy, especially while they are young. There could be a tendency to be accident-prone. The main problem is that this child is in too much of a hurry. These youngsters get too carried away in the excitement of the moment. ‘Less haste – more speed’ could be a good motto for this little one.The onset of puberty will be exciting for this child but the compulsive urge to grab every opportunity that comes along can be a source of total exhaustion that will be ignored. Relating to [love interests] will be relatively easy, but some lessons on taking sexual responsibility will be needed. When the child grows up and forms close relationships with [love interests], a sense of freedom will be important. These individuals react aggressively when they feel emotional stress. They will always tend to act impulsively. Any partner will have to give this child plenty of personal space, and perhaps be prepared for him or her to have some rather dictatorial views.Alternate, short interpretations: Interpretation sample from the Merlin report – Mars square Jupiter or Mars opposition Jupiter: You are enterprising, ambitious, and have a strong desire to succeed in a big way. Ever on the look out for new opportunities and promising new ventures, you are willing to take risks if you sense that something is going to be a winner. No matter how much you accomplish, you never seem to be completely satisfied. You always feel you can do more, and set your sights on another goal. You feel frustrated in limited circumstances, and you will leave secure and reasonably successful situations if they do not offer challenges and potential for growth and expansion in the future. You like to keep stretching your limits, to see how far you can go. Sometimes you over-extend yourself or promise more than you can actually achieve, due to an overly optimistic or overly confident assessment of your own capacities. You relish healthy competition and feel that it spurs you on to even greater achievements.Interpretation sample from the Your Spiritual Path report – Your spiritual interaction with other people is generally quite fortunate in nature. You gain an understanding of a wide range of spiritual teachings through direct contact with others, and you develop the ability to resolve conflicts on all levels of business and personal life in this way.Interpretation sample from the Karmic Insight report – You have broad, expansive goals and will not be content with humble achievements or success on a small scale. Enthralled with the joy of the conquest, your desires and enthusiasm may gallop away with you. You often do not know when you have had or done enough. Notes about Transits

Mars is all about action, and where Mars is in our chart with transits is a place where we are prepared to stand our ground. Mars transits can be really productive, but they can also be angsty, aggressive, and sometimes come from a place of anger. It's important to pay attention to how you direct that energy. Mars transits can last for up to a couple weeks.
Jupiter transits enhance your life with optimism and forward-thinking, and lasting for about a month, give you plenty of time to take advantage. Bigger and better is Jupiter's way of thinking, and should be yours as well.
Saturn transits, on the other hand, are where we get a major reality check, and if we’re not ready for them, they can be pretty rotten. Of course, if we’re prepared and up to the task, Saturn transits can also bring very well-deserved rewards, too. Saturn transits last a bit longer than Jupiter transits—usually 2 months or so at a time, but with retrograde cycles, you could be looking at the same lessons three times over a 6 month period.
The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto last for such a long time that they make long-lasting impacts on our lives. In fact, Neptune and Pluto can last for two to three years! Consider their effects, plan accordingly, and make them part of your life for the better.
