Solar activity reached moderate levels when Region 3451 (N16, L=304) gave a parting shot as it rotated off the visible disk, producing an M1.1 (R1-Minor) flare at 12/0458 UTC. Region 3460 (S10W31, Dao/Beta-Gamma) grew slightly and produced the second largest event, a C9.7 flare at 12/0347 UTC. Region 3463 (S17E20, Dai/Beta) developed additional intermediate and trailer spots, but remained mostly inactive. Region 3464 (N04E36, Cao/Beta-Gamma) increased its intermediate spot count as it continued to show minor development throughout the period. Region 3465 (N10E56, Hsx/alpha) continued to grow in area as it further rotated onto the disk. The remaining numbered groups were relatively quiet and stable.

The solar kp index is quiet, with no changes to retrograde effects. The solar wind speed is currently above average, making retrograde effects moderately increased.

Solar wind parameters, as measured at the ACE spacecraft, continued to reflect mostly background conditions. Total field averaged between 3-9 nT while the Bz component varied between +7 nT to -3 nT. Solar wind speeds remained low, averaging near 300 km/s. Phi was in a negative orientation until approximately 12/1452 UTC when a SSBC occurred and phi angle entered a positive solar sector.

There is a 35% chance of solar activity, with a 25% chance of a minor event, a 5% chance of a moderate event, and a 1% chance of a strong event.

Moon Is In Libra

Oh, look at you, dearest stargazers, all rosy and eager to hear the celestial news of the day! Well, I've got a delightful cosmic crumb for you. The Moon, our favorite glowing rock in the sky, has sauntered into Libra's realm, and it’s quite a journey, 401257.394218814 kilometers away. I told you, it’s not exactly a casual stroll down to your local grocery store. Now, Libra is all about balance, harmony, and trying to decide which pair of socks to wear. In essence, it’s like that friend who takes forever in a restaurant menu because they simply can't decide between a salad or pasta. So, with the Moon lounging in Libra, prepare for your emotions to develop a taste for indecisiveness. One moment you might be craving for a solitary Netflix binge, the next you're itching for a wild karaoke night. It's like being on an emotional seesaw, except the seesaw is in space, and you're not really sure which way is up. And don't get me started on relationships. Oh, the drama! One minute you'll want nothing more than to cuddle with your significant other, and the next you'll be contemplating the merits of becoming a hermit. Just remember, it's all about balance! So, if you find yourself swinging from partner-loving panda to solitude-seeking sloth, just blame it on our buddy, the Moon. But hey, don't freak out yet. Remember, the universe has its own weird sense of humor. It's a cosmic sitcom, and we're just trying to keep up with the punchlines. So, take a deep breath, enjoy the ride and remember – the Moon in Libra won’t last forever. But while it does, make sure to have both popcorn and tissues ready for the emotional rollercoaster. In the meantime, I'll be here, observing the stars, geeking out over celestial phenomena, and trying to decide if I should wear my Star Trek or Doctor Who socks today. Such is life under a Libra Moon!

Mercury Is in Libra: Time to Make Nice with Extraterrestrial Intelligence?

Alright, space fans and horoscope junkies, buckle up! Our fast-footed friend Mercury has sauntered into Libra, the zodiac’s social butterfly and universal diplomat. Now, I know what you're thinking, "How many light-years away is Mercury again?" Don't stress your nerdy little heart – it's just a brisk 205,182,311.884722859km, give or take a few cosmic inches.

First up, let's talk shop. When Mercury, planet of Chatty Cathys and online trolls, sidles up to Libra, the realm of relationships, you can bet your last bag of organic kale chips we’re not just talking about that cute barista at the local coffee shop. Nope, we’re also talking family, friends, coworkers, and even that cantankerous old neighbor who keeps "borrowing" your Wi-Fi.

Got a grudge that’s been festering like an unattended science experiment? Now's your chance to bury that hatchet, preferably not in someone's head. It's time to put those diplomatic hat on (think Spock at a United Federation of Planets conference), and approach every situation with fairness, balance, and maybe a dash of Vulcan logic.

But here's the catch when Mercury is playing footsie with Libra, we may be tempted to be a little too nice. Yes, you heard right. There’s such a thing as being too nice, especially when it turns into a sugar-coated barrier to genuine communication. Sure, agreeing with everyone might make you the life of the party on Planet Pleaser, but down here on Earth, it's a one-way ticket to Misunderstandingville.

So, let's not avoid the tough stuff. We need to remember that there are as many ways to connect with someone as there are stars in the Andromeda galaxy, and agreeing is just one tiny speck in that cosmic soup. It’s okay to disagree, as long as you do it with respect and openness – kinda like a friendly intergalactic debate. Who knows, it might just be the secret to strengthening any partnership, earthly or otherwise.

So, let's take this cosmic hint from Mercury's field trip to Libra and remember to embrace the beauty of compromise, the power of authentic communication,

Venus

Venus Is In Virgo

Alright, folks! Strap on your safety goggles and adjust your lab coats because we're going interstellar here! Venus - yes, that gorgeous celestial dame up in the cosmic disco - has slipped into her Virgo shoes. Now, if you thought the Universe was a chaotic party of planets just doing their own thing, you're not entirely wrong. But here's the scoop - when Venus drops by Virgo, the cosmos throws a different kind of shindig. Venus in Virgo is the equivalent of your mom showing up to your dorm room unannounced and starting to clean. It’s like, "Mother, I'm an adult, I can keep my relationships as messy or tidy as I want." But no! Venus in Virgo is here with her white gloves, ready to help dust off those cobwebs from your love life. Now, some of you might be thinking, "Hey, I'm single. How does this affect me?" Well, my dear star gazers, prepare for a reality check. Venus in Virgo is like that friend who isn't afraid to point out that the person you've been crushing on doesn't even know your name. Brutal, but potentially very helpful. So, if you're single, it's time to put on your detective glasses and spot the red flags that you've been conveniently ignoring. For those hitched, it's time to pull out the relationship report cards. Are you getting what you deserve? Is there an even exchange of love and respect? If not, now might be the perfect time for a little heart-to-heart. But remember, no one likes a nitpicker. Offer constructive feedback without turning your partner into a human voodoo doll. Now, I know what you're thinking: "This sounds about as much fun as eating tofu for dessert." But hold on to your telescopes! Venus in Virgo isn't all about strict diets and discipline. It's also about truly appreciating the best things in life - food, art, nature, and yes, even a little bit of rumpy-pumpy. Just keep it classy folks, Venus in Virgo prefers a slow dance to a quickstep. So, whether you're coupled up, single, or somewhere in between, let Venus in Virgo guide you towards a love as deep and vast as the cosmos itself. And remember, love isn't always about grand gestures and fireworks. Sometimes, it’s about taking out the trash without being asked, or a simple 'I love you' text in the middle

Mars

Mars is in Scorpio

Mars is prograde at 00 Sco 44' 24", moving at 0.68 degrees per day, and is 381335183km away and receding.

Mars Is In Scorpio

Greetings, cosmic comrades! It's time to put on your space boots and buckle up for another interstellar adventure because Mars is getting cozy in Scorpio, and things are about to get...interesting. Now, I know what you're thinking, "Mars in Scorpio? Isn't that like inviting a bull into a china shop?" Well, you're not entirely wrong, but let's not judge the poor planet too harshly. You see, Mars in Scorpio is like that eccentric relative who always brings the most bizarre gifts to family gatherings. You might end up with a live chicken wearing a top hat, but hey, at least it's never dull! This cosmic combo gives us the power to unleash our drive and ambition with the force of a supernova. But remember, with great power comes serious responsibility. Don't go using your newfound cosmic backbone to wage war on the office vending machine that ate your last coin. During this period, our drive to change something in our lives through sheer willpower will be as high as Elon Musk's ambitions to colonize Mars. And speaking of the red planet, Mars in Scorpio isn't afraid to delve into the shadowy craters of our psyche. In fact, it thrives there! So don't be surprised if you find yourself compelled to do some deep space exploration of your own emotional landscape. But beware, my star-faring friends, the downside to this cosmic pairing is that we may express ourselves with the same subtlety as a rhinoceros in a tutu. Anger and aggressiveness could be lurking just beneath the surface, threatening to erupt like a solar flare. The key here is being selective about which walls to tear down. Aim for the ones blocking your growth, not the ones holding up your relationships. Mars in Scorpio can feel like a spiritual boot camp, pushing us to develop our personal power. But remember, cosmic cadets, to rise above the shadows, power struggles, revenge, bitterness, and an inability to forgive. Because let's face it, holding onto grudges is as useful as a chocolate teapot in a solar storm. So, harness that Martian energy, master these parts of ourselves with courage, discipline, and willpower, and remember to keep reaching for the stars!

Jupiter Is In Taurus

Alright, folks! Buckle up, we're going on a cosmic journey. Jupiter is in Taurus and I can already hear you saying, "So what? And also, where exactly is Jupiter again?" Well, my dear stargazers, right now Jupiter is about 604,500,828.316304564km away (give or take a few meters), doing the hokey pokey and turning itself around, otherwise known as retrograding. Now, let's get to the meat of the matter. When Jupiter, our celestial guru, starts hanging out with Taurus, our favorite astrological couch potato, it's like Spock suddenly deciding to binge-watch Netflix. It's a little weird, but also kind of cool. You see, Jupiter is all about the big picture, the expansive universe, the "why are we here?" types of questions. And Taurus... well, Taurus likes to chill in a comfy chair, munch on some snacks, and enjoy the good life. So, when these two come together, it's an invitation for us all to slow down, kick back, and start doing some deep thinking – ideally with a bag of chips at hand. What's more, with Jupiter in Taurus, it's like having your very own cosmic personal trainer. One who encourages you not only to dream big but also to make a detailed action plan for achieving those dreams. And best of all, this trainer is patient, persistent, and won't yell at you if you occasionally ditch the plan for a doughnut. Or two. Now, some of you might be thinking, "Jupiter? Taurus? Sounds like money to me." And you'd be right! This combo can bring some serious prosperity vibes. But remember folks, just because Taurus is the astrological equivalent of Scrooge McDuck, doesn't mean you should start diving into piles of gold coins. Or buying everything that's on sale because it's a 'bargain'. Remember to keep your desires in check, and don't let your wants become your needs. So in conclusion, folks, let Jupiter in Taurus be your guide to wisdom, prosperity, and perhaps a little self-indulgence. Just remember to balance the cosmic scales – a little bit of Netflix and a little bit of Spock never hurt anyone!

Saturn In Pisces: A Galactic Comedy

Knock knock! Who's there? It's Saturn, crashing into the watery domain of Pisces like a space probe with faulty GPS. You thought you could hide your daydreams in the celestial mist of Pisces' realm? Oh, my dear stargazers, think again!

Saturn in Pisces is like your favorite nerdy professor deciding to become a life coach. He's trading in his telescope for a clipboard and a whistle, ready to turn your dreams into reality. Got an idea to write a book? Saturn's got a 5-year publishing plan. Want to open a business? Saturn's got spreadsheets for days.

This cosmic intervention might be as welcome as a surprise exam, but don't slam the door in Saturn's ringed face. This isn't a cosmic intrusion, it's a celestial audit! And trust me, Saturn is the Beethoven of balance sheets. Embrace the lesson, my friends, because like a well-timed punchline, the path becomes clear when you least expect it.

But beware! The Piscean realm is where dreams and sleep hang out, so you may find yourself tossing and turning at night like a dwarf star in a turbulent nebula. Don't panic! This is not the time to count sheep, but rather to count your breaths. Meditate, take a leisurely stroll through your favorite asteroid belt, or just take a nap. Make sure to keep a dream journal handy because Saturn's influence might turn your dreams into an episode of "The Twilight Zone". And remember, a good night's sleep is more important than finding extraterrestrial life (ok, maybe not, but it's close).

Take the wisdom from this transit like a scientist takes a hypothesis - with curiosity, open-mindedness, and a sense of cosmic hilarity. After all, the universe is not just a mystery to be solved, but a cosmic comedy to be enjoyed. So let's laugh along with Saturn in Pisces, and remember: in space, no one can hear you snore.

Uranus

Uranus is in Taurus

Uranus Is In Taurus

Greetings, earthlings! Be not alarmed, but Uranus, that big blue-ish green-ish gas giant out there, has decided to do a cosmic tango with our humble Taurus. Yep, we're talking about an interplanetary dance off, occurring some 2,809,208,527.640835285km away (give or take a few kilometers for cosmic traffic). Now, Taurus, bless its stubborn little heart, likes to keep things steady. It's like that reliable friend who always orders the same meal at a restaurant and chuckles at the thought of trying sushi. But here comes Uranus, bouncing in retrograde, all about embracing the new and shaking things up. It's like a science experiment gone wonderfully, chaotically right. What does this mean for us? Well, let's talk money. You know, that Earthy concept that makes the world go round (no, that's not a flat earth joke!). Taurus is the Warren Buffet of the zodiac signs – it knows its way around a dollar bill. But with Uranus in town, we might be looking at some drastic changes in how we deal with our moolah. Forget Bitcoin, during the next seven years we might see currency so innovative it makes your grandma's coin collection look like Monopoly money. Banks could become as obsolete as floppy disks, and the housing and stock markets may find themselves on a roller-coaster ride. Hold onto your hats, folks! On a personal level, this cosmic shuffle is all about breaking free from the financial chains that bind us. Debt, taxes, credit card interest, rent, mortgages – you know, all those fun adult responsibilities. Uranus wants to liberate us from these burdens. It's like a cosmic Marie Kondo, urging us to rethink our relationship with money and material possessions. Does your debt spark joy? Didn't think so. Change can be as scary as watching a horror movie in the dark, but it's coming whether we like it or not. So, let's embrace this cosmic disruption. The changes we make now could lead to greater stability down the line. Just remember, resistance is futile (couldn't resist a Star Trek reference), and change is the only constant in this vast cosmos of ours.

Neptune's Cosmic Pool Party in Pisces

Alright, Earthlings, brace yourselves for this cosmic truth bomb! Neptune, our brother from another cosmic mother, has decided to crash in Pisces' celestial pad. Now, this isn't your average weekend sleepover. No, sir! This is like that one time when Uncle Bob decided to live in your basement and ended up staying for seven years.

Neptune, the king of all things dreamy and spiritual, is pulling a retrograde stunt in Pisces, and boy, is it causing a ruckus! We've got this blue giant, a whopping 4,337,079,058.5 km away (give or take a few hundred thousand kilometers), stirring up waves of emotion and spiritual revelations.

But hey, don't start building your ark just yet. This cosmic event isn't about flooding us with existential dread. Nope! It's more like Neptune's thrown us all into a massive, universal pool party, where the water's deep with self-discovery, unity, and understanding our own nerdy contradictions. So, grab your rubber duckies and swim caps, folks!

Imagine this: You're floating in this cosmic pool, and suddenly, you find yourself not caring about who stole your sandwich at work or why your neighbor's dog won't stop barking. Instead, you're contemplating life, the universe, and what gifts you have to offer humanity. You're thinking about how your love for Star Trek might actually bring world peace (or at least peace in your neighborhood). That's Neptune in Pisces for ya!

This is an epic time to embrace your inner hippie, enroll in that Reiki course you've been eyeing, or build a shrine to honor your favorite fictional characters. And remember, in the words of the great Mr. Spock, 'Infinite diversity in infinite combinations.' Channel that energy, explore those emotions, and share your unique gifts with the world.

So, while Neptune is busy turning Pisces into a cosmic Airbnb, let's make the most of it. After all, how often do you get to attend a celestial pool party?

Pluto

Pluto Is In Capricorn

Hello there, stargazers and cosmos lovers! Let me take you on a cosmic ride with your friendly neighborhood astrologer. We've got some astronomical gossip for you today, and it's all about Pluto. You know, the one that was demoted from being a planet (I'm still not over it, by the way). Well, our little celestial underdog is currently hanging out in Capricorn, the ambitious goat of the zodiac. Now, this is like having Sheldon Cooper from The Big Bang Theory teaming up with Tony Stark. They're both brilliant, ambitious, and focused, but have a tendency to overlook the feelings of others in their pursuit of greatness. So, in this astrological pairing, we could be looking at a similar vibe. Pluto and Capricorn together might make you feel like you're wearing a pair of those Google Glass things - super focused on the goal ahead, but perhaps not so aware of the other people around you. It's all good as long as you remember to use your indoor voice when discussing your world domination plans. But don't worry, this isn't all doom and gloom. On the contrary, the pairing of Pluto and Capricorn can be a great catalyst for change. Think of it as Marie Kondo-ing your life. Pluto, despite its small size, is all about transformation, urging us to toss out the habits that no longer spark joy and adopt ones that do. So, while Pluto is busy doing the Cha-Cha with Capricorn, use this time to cut ties with anything that's holding you back. But remember, just like deleting files from your computer, be sure about what you're getting rid of. You don't want to end up in the recycling bin of life. So, whether you're planning to build an Iron Man suit or just trying to get through the week, remember to keep your eyes on the stars and your feet on the ground. And maybe give Pluto a little nod of recognition. It's had a tough time, after all. Until next time, friends. Keep orbiting!

Venus

Venus Opposite Saturn

You may feel very unloved. You may see people as cold and calculating. People's lack of sympathy may depress you to the bone today. Social, financial, and romantic problems and disappointments characterize this transit. Selfishness and a lack of consideration are probably the reasons. You reap what you sow and now is a good time to analyze yourself and your relationships. There may be difficulties and delays with respect to women in general.Giving and receiving love are not flowing and natural for people born with Venus in hard aspect to Saturn. Blockages are experienced, and love relationships may be a source of frustration as a result, until the natives learn to love themselves, and to feel worthy of love from others. Duty is often associated with love, and some might find themselves stuck in a loveless marriage, for example. Especially in youth, these people might feel awkward in some social situations, unsure of how to express affections, and fearful of rejection. Problematic Saturn positions often get better with age, experience, and practice, however! In its more negative expression, some people with this position learn to scheme in order to get what they want from a partner, or they might treat partnerships as if they were businesses. These aspects can make natives especially sensitive to “cues” that suggest they are not loved or rejected in some way. People with Venus-Saturn in hard aspect can often “expect” rejection in issues of love and care, whether they are conscious of this tendency or not. This can often lead to negative situations in love — and bad timing or the feeling of having “bad luck” in relationships.People with Venus in hard aspect to Saturn might either downplay their physical appearance or pay excessive attention to it. Either way, self-consciousness with adornments is common. Often, people with this position sell themselves short. They are not risk takers when it comes to relationships, often choosing a path that they feel is safe, even if it is an uncomfortable one. Fear of giving can also express itself through tight-fistedness with money. The key to handling these aspects is to learn to loosen up and relax. Know that you may be oversensitive to rejection — and try to gain some perspective when you feel your love is not being returned to your satisfaction. Are you truly letting love in, or is there a part of you that is scared? Could your expectations and “heaviness” in the area of relationships (you might take love more seriously than most) be getting in the way of accepting love and affection? Venus-Saturn people may have deep-seated feelings of being unworthy of love, even if they are able to rationalize and decide otherwise!Alternate interpretations: Venus square Saturn or Venus opposition Saturn: *You are serious and find it difficult to enjoy yourself in a lighthearted, open and playful way with others. You rarely do something purely for pleasure, and can be very close-fisted and parsimonious. Perhaps due to painful separations in your early life, you are very cautious about becoming close to people and sharing your feelings. Though you crave love and affection, intimacy is difficult for you. You may become romantically involved with people who do not value you or treat you well. You need to learn to love and value yourself before you will find happiness in love.#You may find that your best sexual relationships are with individuals who are significantly older or younger than yourself. The role of teacher is so significant in your life that it may pervade your love life. You will need to overcome a sense of reserve or inhibition to deepen your spiritual connection. Mars

Mars Square Pluto

This is the time where others might impose their will on you or you on them. Your ambition is high, as is that of others. This could lead to head-butting instead of cooperation. You can accomplish a lot today, but do not do so by running roughshod over the feelings or ideas of others. Today is not the day to lock horns with the boss or those in authority. Cool your jets. How you handle opposition from others today will go a long way in determining just how successful your actions will be. Keep your nose clean today and avoid all underhanded tactics. Remember, you will reap what you sow. Respect the rights and ideas of others. Try to see things their way and give them the benefit of the doubt. This is a powerful aspect in a natal chart suggesting, in your life time, you very often see extremes of behavior and experiences, or go through crises more than most. You may be no stranger to violence or abuse. You learn through your experiences self-control and self-awareness so that you are better equipped to deal with these extremes. You are wonderful to have around in times of crises, as you can quickly take the lead and you can be undaunted when it comes to defending or helping those you love. Your desires are deep, intense, and sometimes troubling. At times, you seem to attract strong opposition, perhaps because your own nature is rather provocative. You are a natural-born fighter. You can also be quite driven to find answers, and you make a good psychologist, analyst, and investigator. Compulsive behaviors should be watched carefully, as they can consume you and lead you to risky endeavors and difficult scenarios. There can be a strong desire to be in control. You have a tendency to impose your will upon others, which can cause severe problems for yourself when they react in self-defense. You have a hair-trigger temper and may even resort to verbal or physical abuse when upset. Learning to react to unpleasant circumstances with your intellect rather than your emotions comes with maturity. It’s also possible that you experience many extremes in life, and that you are on the receiving end of difficult tempers more than most.It is all too easy for you to find something negative about a situation. Avoid issuing ultimatums when you meet an obstacle. Instead, find a way to convince others to work with you of their own free will. Ordinary life often seems drab and uninteresting to you and you must have something that stirs your imagination, some vision or ideal or dream to motivate you. You have a strong urge to act out your fantasies or to live your dream, and you will DO things that others only talk about or dream about. Artistic creation, drama, or other areas in which you can express yourself imaginatively are excellent for you.You do not easily tolerate a dominating attitude in others. You have a healthy respect for power and authority, but only if it is handled fairly. This aspect gives you a somewhat Scorpionic attitude toward your lovers, and it can modify the traits associated with the sign of your Mars considerably. In other words, there is a distinct possessive and demanding streak in your sexual nature. Your approach to love and sex can be quite intense at times. Your sexual desire nature is a very strong one, and you may even use sex as a bargaining chip in your relationships in order to achieve your goals. More likely, however, is a very focused and intense sexual nature. This also adds a very magnetic quality to your appeal. When a woman finds you attractive, it can transform into a near obsession! Your aura is strong and somewhat mysterious. You tend to come across as stronger than you intend. In fact, some people are intimidated by you, and you may not understand why this is so. When you want something (or someone!) you are very determined. For you, it can be “all or nothing”. When you are finished with something, you leave it behind you and there is no going back. You want a deep, soulful attachment on a sexual level. In your love life you do not take rejection well. You fear betrayal and abandonment, and this can skew your perception of your lover. Notes about Transits

Mars is all about action, and where Mars is in our chart with transits is a place where we are prepared to stand our ground. Mars transits can be really productive, but they can also be angsty, aggressive, and sometimes come from a place of anger. It's important to pay attention to how you direct that energy. Mars transits can last for up to a couple weeks.
Jupiter transits enhance your life with optimism and forward-thinking, and lasting for about a month, give you plenty of time to take advantage. Bigger and better is Jupiter's way of thinking, and should be yours as well.
Saturn transits, on the other hand, are where we get a major reality check, and if we’re not ready for them, they can be pretty rotten. Of course, if we’re prepared and up to the task, Saturn transits can also bring very well-deserved rewards, too. Saturn transits last a bit longer than Jupiter transits—usually 2 months or so at a time, but with retrograde cycles, you could be looking at the same lessons three times over a 6 month period.
The outer planets, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto last for such a long time that they make long-lasting impacts on our lives. In fact, Neptune and Pluto can last for two to three years! Consider their effects, plan accordingly, and make them part of your life for the better.
